Set your chocolate bars on parchment paper placed over the baking pan. Heat in the oven on bake setting of 175°F for 10-12 minutes until melted.
Remove the pan from the oven and swirl the chocolate with an offset spatula or knife; add the sprinkles, chocolate leaves, and muddy bites - lightly pressing the larger pieces into the chocolate.
Place the pan into the freezer for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets. Remove from the freezer, break into pieces, package/serve or enjoy!
