Funfetti Sugar Cookies

1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the mold on a baking sheet.
2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in the egg and vanilla.
3. Add flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt. Mix just until a soft dough forms, then fold in the sprinkles.
4. Press dough evenly into each mold cavity without overfilling.
5. Bake for 11–15 min., until the edges are lightly golden. Cool completely before gently unmolding.
6. Wash and dry the mold. Spoon melted candy melts into each cavity, tapping the mold to fill the details.
7. Press a cookie back into each chocolate-filled cavity. Refrigerate or freeze for 10–15 min., then pop them out and reveal the festive designs!🎄
