Instructions

First, add a thin coat of bright white candy melts into a skull mold. Freeze the mold for 10 minutes to set the first layer. Slightly crack the candy shell before adding a dipped mini apple into the mold. Add a thicker coat of candy melts to the still exposed areas around the apple. Then, add the red glaze and top with additional candy melts to seal it. Freeze for 20-25 minutes before carefully demolding the candy apples. Dust with unsweetened cocoa powder for a spooky finish.
