Autumn Leaf Hot Cocoa Bomb

1. Wash and wipe the silicone mold with a paper towel saturated with vinegar or alcohol to help maintain the shiny finish of the chocolate or candy melts.
2. To make the Leaf cavities, use melted red, orange, yellow, and green candy melts or meltables. Alternatively, use melted white chocolate (such as Stover and Company Eleven O'One Collection) tinted with coordinating oil-based food coloring gels.
3. Coat the silicone mold using a brush, spoon, or cakesicle stick. Apply two thin coats for strength, freezing each coat for 5-10 minutes until set.
4. Once your chocolate or candy melts are set, add hot cocoa and marshmallow bits into the cavities.
5. Cover the filling with a thin layer of additional melted candy melts or chocolate.
6. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
7. Release the sides of your molds first before pushing out your shapes from the bottom.
