Donut Holes Holiday Tree

Cut off the pointy end of the styrofoam cone so it's easier to insert the last donut hole. Wrap the cone in kitchen plastic. Pipe or spread some buttercream/frosting on the bottom of the cone to adhere it to the plate/cake board (and prevent it from sliding). Insert the toothpicks into the cone in spots where you want your donut holes to be placed. Add the donut holes; finish with adding cranberries and rosemary branches in between the donut holes (covering any empty spots). Finish with a dust of powdered sugar, if desired.
