Edible "Cup of" Chocolate Cake and Fancy Sprinkle "Tea"

Smooth out a 3-inch disc of melted chocolate on parchment paper lined cutting board or large plate to create the "saucer." Slice the bottom parts of ice cream cones with a serrated knife and dip them into melted chocolate; shake off excess and immediately adhere to the chocolate discs to form the "cups" on their "saucers." Dip a small cookie cutter or the back of a piping tip into melted chocolate and "stamp" on parchment paper to create small chocolate circles for the handles. Place the assembled "cups" and chocolate circles into the freezer to set for 10-15 minutes. Once set, pour some sprinkles into the bottom of each "cup," top with a chocolate cake disc, and then add more melted chocolate on top of the cake. Immediately add more sprinkles to the melted chocolate. Slice the chocolate circles in half and adhere these "handles" to the sides of the cups with a bit of melted chocolate. Let them set at room temperature or freeze for a few minutes until firm. Enjoy your edible tea cups!
