Funfetti Cookies ~ Number 3 of 40 Cookie Recipes Series in partnership with my darling friend Chahrazad @chahrazadscuisine!🍭🍪 Topped these with crushed cadbury choco eggies for extra fun! Do you like hearing the natural "prepping/baking sounds"?😍
1. Add flour, cornstarch, salt, and powdered sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix on low speed just until all ingredients are combined.
2. Add cubed butter while the mixer is still going on low speed; mix until the ingredients resemble cornmeal.
3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until the dough is cohesive and starts forming a ball. Fold in the sprinkles with a silicone spatula.
4. Scoop out the cookie dough onto your baking mat or parchment paper using an ice cream or cookie scooper, leaving at least one inch of space between each scoop. Top with crushed cadbury eggs if desired.
5. Bake on 350° F, middle rack, for 12-15 minutes until cookie edges are set. Enjoy!🍭🍪
