These fun and festive Melted Witch Chocolate Cookies are perfect for Halloween. Decorate baked chocolate cookies with melted green chocolate, marshmallows, candies, and pretzels to create adorable witch faces and brooms, then freeze to set.

Bake and cool the chocolate cookies. Dump and spread (not too thin) green chocolate/melts puddles onto the cookie. Insert a toothpick into the marshmallow. Dip the marshmallow into green chocolate or melts. Add the oreo and hershey kisses for the hat; add the peanut butter cups and pretzel sticks for the broom; add the half m&m for the nose and edible googly eyes. Pipe the mouth and arms with dark/milk chocolate or brown candy melts. Freeze for 10-15 minutes, then enjoy!
