Polar Bear Oreo Pops

Melt your white chocolate in microwave in 30 seconds increments, stirring in between each. Open the standard and mini sizes oreos. Remove the filling from mini oreos and place it into the center of regular sized oreo. Dip each of the 2 mini oreo cookies into melted white chocolate and adhere to the larger oreo. Dip the stick into the melted white chocolate and add to the oreo. Cover with the other half of regular sized oreo cookie. Freeze for 5 minutes to prevent sliding/moving. Once set, remove the oreo pops from freezer and dip into the melted white chocolate, shaking off to remove access white chocolate. Place onto parchment paper placed over baking sheet. Attach sprinkle eyes, white chocolate tablet, and m&m (add a touch of melted white choco to the back of m&m to adhere it to the "face"). Freeze for 5 minutes to set before serving, packaging/gifting or enjoying!
