A fun and easy Spring/Easter themed dessert featuring mini pretzels filled with yellow chocolate, decorated to look like chicks or baby ducks. Perfect for enjoying while waiting for warmer weather!
1. Melt your white chocolate in the microwave on 30-second intervals, stirring in between each; tint it with yellow oil-based food coloring gel. *Alternatively, you can use melted yellow candy melts or meltables.
2. Place the mini pretzels onto parchment paper set over a baking sheet (for easier transporting to the freezer after). Using a piping bag or teaspoon, fill the pretzels with yellow chocolate or candy melts. Immediately add half of an orange M&M and black nonpareil while the chocolate is still wet. Freeze for 5 minutes. Enjoy!💛
