Happy Monday and Happy December! These Gingerbread Man Marshmallows and the Sprinkle Mix by @greatvalueus are sooo stinkin cute, couldn't wait to make the treats when I saw the new Holiday Sprinkle Collection!

Instructions

Melt the marshmallows and butter in the microwave on 15 second increments stirring in between each until melted. Stir in the rice crispy cereal. Flatten in between two parchment papers using a fondant smoother, silicone spatula or rolling pin. Cut out the shapes with a greased gingerbread man cookie cutter. Decorate with the melted white chocolate, sprinkles, and the marshmallows. Allow to set at room temperature before packaging or serving!
