Melt dark chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between each. 2. Dip half of each of the 2 pretzel rods into dark chocolate and place onto parchment paper set over a baking sheet, adhering the two dipped rods to each other. Attach snapped in half mini pretzels, red m&m, and sprinkle "eyes". Freeze for 5 minutes. 3.
