Learn how to make festive Turkey Hot Cocoa Bombs for the holiday season, perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas countdowns. These chocolate spheres filled with hot cocoa mix and marshmallows are decorated to look like cute turkeys.
Cut out the standard half spheres silicone mold's cavities. Line the cavities with the melted dark chocolate or melting wafers. Place the lined cavities into a cupcake tin. Roll kitchen foil into small logs and place on the lower bottom sides of each silicone cavity. Freeze for 15-20 minutes until solid. Remove from freezer. Add 1 tbsp hot cocoa mix and pumpkin marshmallows to each half sphere. Top and smooth with more melted chocolate to seal the spheres. Add red, orange, and yellow m&m's, mini Reeses or Rollo, edible googly eyes, half of an orange m&m, and half of a red m&m for decoration. Place into the freezer to set for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
