1. Preheat oven to 350°F; line a baking pan with parchment paper, thinly spread flour, and treat/bake for 8-10 min. Allow to fully cool before use.
2. Add light brown sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, and milk into the bowl of stand mixer fitted with pedal attachment and allow to mix/combine for few minutes on low speed first, gradually increasing to highest.
3. Turn off the mixer, scrub the sides and bottom of the bowl, add flour, chocolate, sprinkles, and mix until all are combined on low speed.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes before use.
5. Meanwhile, coat the silicone mold's bunny cavities with melted white chocolate using a brush, spoon, or cakesicle stick. Freeze for 5 minutes, then apply a second thin coat of white chocolate and freeze for 5 minutes again. Then, fill the cavities with 1 tsp of edible cookie dough, leaving some space at the top, and cover with thin layer of white chocolate. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
6. Once set: release the sides of the mold first before pushing out the bunnies from the bottom. Enjoy!
